Salon Policies

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: We understand unforeseen circumstances happen. In order to respect the time of both our guests and staff, we ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

If less than the required notice is given, 50% of your booked services will be auto-charged to the pre-authorized card on file. 

No-show and same-day cancellations will be auto-charged 100% of your booked services.

Late Policy: As a courtesy to both our guests and staff, we ask that you please notify us if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment.
